Michael Eatman
Michael Eatman is a Certified Diversity Professional, Executive Coach, Advanced EQ, and Mindful Facilitation Practitioner. As an educator celebrating 28 years spanning Prek - 20 learning environments, Michael has created the Leadership Edge, a framework that incorporates Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Cultural Competence, and Conflict Engagement to support educational leaders in leading successful organizations. Michael is the Founder Culture7coaching and currently resides in New England with his wife and three children.

Sam Kim
Sam is the senior pastor of Intercultural Mission Church in North Andover, MA. In addition, Sam serves as a chaplain to the Massachusetts State Police; and to Emmanuel Gospel Center, a Boston-based mission group, of which he was previously a Board member, and the Director of Consulting and Youth Violence Systems Project. He is also a Board member of VitalChurch Ministry, a national ministry to revitalize churches in transition or crisis.

Gregg Detwiler was the founding Director of the Intercultural Ministries program at Boston’s Emmanuel Gospel Center, and now serves as IM senior consultant. Gregg works with leaders from many cultural groups doing applied research, training, consulting, networking and collaborative outreach.

Matthew Gibson
Matthew has worked for Outward Bound, served as a youth worker in Dorchester, and then joined the staff of The Emmanuel Gospel Center as the Director of neXus, a youth worker training program. He now assists families as a financial coach. Additionally, he coaches men on building life-giving marriages. He also serves as a member of the Winsor School’s PIC (Parents for an Inclusive Community); and he feels called to build intercultural understanding within majority White spaces.
